News / World Student Capital competition - extended registration deadline!
If you have ideas on how to make student housing more communal, diverse, eco-fabulous and homey, there's still time to register for the New Forms in Student Housing competition - the deadline has been extended to May 31st. Then all you'll need is ideas on what to do with the 3000 EUR prize.
In the idea contest, students from various fields form teams and take advantage of their interdisciplinary skills through latest technologies, ecological perspectives, architecture and behavioural sciences, for example. In addition to new concepts, the contest is looking for solutions to convert a building's function to student housing. Entries are evaluated by the panel consisting of representatives from student organisations and various specialists. The top three teams will be awarded!
The New Forms in Student Housing contest will be launched in the opening ceremony of World Student Capital project at Culture Factory Korjaamo on 23 March 2012. There will also be time to form teams. Come and participate!
